The 90 Day Challenge template has by default AdSense Ads under the Header right?
It is possible to be a violation against AdSense Policy as i read here.

Also a couple of other guidelines when optimizing AdSense placement.
Make sure you read this.

Not really,

its only when there is not a clear defining purpose of the image. In this case its obvious its a header image.

When people start getting really crafty and making images look like part of the ads is when google start cracking the whip.

Or just whenever they feel like it really.

Maybe you are right Marc, but we better ask AdSense. However you will be lucky if you will get any answer from them.
