Alter Photos w/out Photoshop

Photos can help you rank higher w/ SEs, as alt tags with your key words on them get spidered and searched.

I don't have PS so it has been challenging to alter images and make them look nice, like with drop shadows, and other effects.

I found Picnik - edit photos the easy way, online in your browser they have lots of free features, allow you to grab photos from Yahoo, your flicker account, or your computer and name them what you want on your hard drive.

For a small price, under $30, you pay for a yearly subscription that allows you access to other cooler effects. But I used the free version for sometime before I finally decided to upgrade.
