Does anyone have "Blogroll" on their Dashboard and if not why don't we have it?

Your blogroll is your links that you can add. Just click on blogroll at the admin panel.

In the attachement is a small screenshot of the dashboard in WP. It's the third link"Add a link to your blogroll".
