Welcome and sure I can give you a hand.
What you want to do initially is to try and find the low hanging fruit. What do I mean? You have all of your articles written for you, now go through the excel file and try to find some long tail keyword phrases that have say a minimum of 50searches/mon and little to no competition (say up to 1000). You can sort the list by GOOGLE ascending and that will put all of the zero to low competition at the top of the list. Now look for some phrases that you can insert into any article you choose (try to add a couple or three if you can, but focus on one and use it 5-6 times in the article if you can). I try to go through all of the articles and try to put them in some type of order if possible and work from there. So if you have to add some sentences with your new long tail keyword (always remember people are reading these, so make sure that they make sense) into your article and there you go, you are off and running. Another trick in order to keep the article on theme is to go to google and use the "~" and your keyword and the theme keywords will show up bold in the google list. Try to use some of these words in your article. What this will do is to allow you to be found for more than just that one or two keyword phrases that you added to the article. You can be found for 20 or 30 keyword phrases. I hope this helps. Did you watch the video on the long tail keywords, Marc just redid it and it is really good.
