Download links for article and directory submission lists

Hi folks,

Am I missing something? In all the rest of the areas in the '90 day challenge materials at this link...

...There is a clickable download link in each of the areas; however under 'article submission' and 'directory submission' there is a 'download' heading, but it is not clickable.
