Problems with first site help

Hi Folks

I seem to have a problem with my first website, used the uploader in plrpro.

But I cant see any links in the admin panel only dashboard and profile, in dashboard when I click on any links like write a post I keep getting the below message.

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Any advice?

Did you log in. The first time is admin, admin for the login and password then change it once you get in.

I thought you had to register the site and get in that way.
