| Hi guys. This is important information. Yesterday i was thinking of methods on how to increase traffic to my blog and while observing Mike's blog, found MyBlogLog widget. I quickly realized that widgets can bring another source of nice traffic to my blog, so i remembered about another widged - BlogRush, developed by John Reese. Today i was trying to install BlogRush widget, but got dissaproved for unknown reason to me. I once heard somebody talking about that traffic generation programs that are against AdSense TOS. Quickly i searched Google only to find that AdSense team don't endorse it, which remains in question. But i would better stay away from any programs / widgets generating traffic stuff and wait to hear from AdSense. Here is the resource: Warning - BlogRush May Violate The Adsense Terms Of Service Now about MyBlogLog widget (Yahoo aquired MyBlogLog) - i heard it tracks AdSense clicks and measures some statistics too. As you may know, Yahoo and Google are competitors so Yahoo's widget may provide them with Google AdSense statistics which they then may use to improve something in their service. I say all this only according to the resource below: Yahoo’s MyBlogLog AdSense Trojan So i hope i've provided some insight for 90 Day Challenge members and they will think twice before using any of this stuff. And Mike - i suggest you remove any of this from your blog for now. |
