I try to post once a week to the sites and directories

I usually send to e-mail lists in APR. Your articles get to Yahoo Groups where they distribute them.

By the way Article Announcer has e-mail and ezine lists distribution as well.

If you know another language then it is advantage, because you are to translate from another language to english in your own words. This will bring you unique article.
