Old thread but I thought I would just throw in that I find using the software Dragon Naturally Speaking the quickest way for me to rewrite.

Hi Sharon/Stu,

Try ebay.com and type in the search box Dragon Naturally Speaking. Newer versions go for around $70-90. Older versions are less but the newer version is a little more accurate on interpreting your voice.
