90-Day Challenge Kit

Hi all,

I had seen either in the Forum or in the website pages wherein it was mentioned that a kit would be included alongwith the welcome email for the 90-Day challenge which would need to be filled up and sent back when the person finishes the 90 days.

But, I did not receive any such attachment alongwith the mail from Marc & Daniel.

I am mentioning this here so that if I have to note down some info on an ongoing basis, then I should not miss out.

Has anyone else received this kit?
