Do we need to re-regisrter?

If we attemtped the 90 challenge last year, but did not finish, do we need to re-register?

If so, how do we do that?

I tried to signup again but the system says my email is already in the system so I couldn't signup again.

If you're new and wish to register for the new 90DC, where do you register?

(It's probably sitting in front of my nose. I blame having a large nose in not seeing it.)
