Default Finally 2 Sites up!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to post this as I have finally got my first two sites up!
Its taken me a lot longer than I thought it would. Once I get down to rewriting the articles I find I can do it fairly quickly but the thing that is taking me the longest is posting the articles and adding in the affiliate links. I copy and paste from word and the formatting tends to go a bit funny. Should I be doing this from notepad? I think I might have read that somewhere?
My two sites are:
Healthborn
and
Homeopathy Haven
Don't be too harsh! Actually you can be since I should be on day 10 of the challenge and have all 4 sites up at this stage.
Anyone else finding it hard to keep up?
Hailey

Thanks Walt and Marc

At least now I know I can get a website up and running, you have no idea how long I have wanted to have my own website! And now I have 2, even better

Even though it took me a good while to get them up I wrote down everything I did as I did it and in what order. This was just to help me get it straight it my head and it made it easier for the second site as I had an exact plan to follow.

Now I need to get working on the 3rd and 4th sites, start posting to article directories and figure out what link market is? I better get going

Happy Easter!

Hailey

Post Nice Work Hailey

I liked your site and product reviews or previews? (- tell me the difference) are nice to.

Have question regarding them. Where did you get that information about products? Was it from your research or merchant's website?

Have 2 suggestions for you (and everybody else):

1) Try deep-linking (relevant product order page linking) to merchant's product you are promoting and don't link to general page (home page). This will make it easier for visitors to find product in front of them and hopefully increase conversions.

2) The image that you get from PlrPro:

Try resizing it firsthand to 850x150 resolution (if you use 90 Day Challenge original template)in any nice graphic editing program (Photoshop?) and then optimize it so it has less size and loads quickly. It will also take less from your monthly bandwidth you are allowed to use on your hosting.

Wish you the best with your sites!

Thanks Bjsmooths and Boris_yo

Boris, the information on the products I just took directly from the merchants sites just so I had some kind of speil about them. I probably should be rewriting this too I guess?

I know what you mean about deep linking directly to the product. I tried to do this wherever I could but some merchants I used only give you a standard "straight to their homepage" affiliate link. For example the merchant Homeopathyworld.
I agree though that it would be much better if a customer clicked and went straight to what they were looking for.

With regards to the image from PlrPro I guess you're talking about the header. Do I need to change this? I only have InfranView and don't really know how to use it. Took me hours to get the homeopathyworld flower "button" up (if you could call it a button!).
Does the header load really slowly or something? I would like to be able to change the text in the header to Homeopathy Haven instead of just Homeopathy too. Maybe I will have to try to figure out InfranView so I can do all of this.

Thanks a million for the comments! I need any help I can get

Hailey
