Default Which keywords to use for articles submitted to iSnare ?

Which keywords do I target when writing an article to submit to the article directories ? Here's what the 90 day plan says :

"Select an article with a keyword that has a medium searches level (e.g. 1000-5000 searches per month) as the basis for the article that you are going to be either writing from scratch or rewriting for."

If I interpret this correctly, what they are saying is to NOT use a long tail keyword with fewer searches (like they suggest for the articles posted to your site), but to use more competitive keywords with 1000 - 5000 searches a month. Is my assumption correct ?

Thanks,
Mario

Default Your assumption is correct

Hello,
Yes you are right. The reason for this is because the directories have a little more pull than your new site. They have some PR where your site does not. That way you can get some of the better keywords seen in google through the directories.

Thanks for clearing that up, Steve.

Another quick question : In the final.xls file provided in the PLRPro packs, the "Searches" column denotes the number of searches per month, right ?
