As we are all like minded marketers doing the 90 day challenge etc I was wondering if it would be worth exchanging links with each other to help build traffic

Hi all,

Link exchange is still count but there are some notes you should know so that you do not waste your valuable time.

For example, when doing link exchange, you should find websites that have the same theme with your website. A site about golf has nothing to do with a site about computer. Do not go for quantity but quality.

Golf and computers can be related. YOu could be taking about tiger woods playstation game, that would be related. I have heard a lot about being on theme with linking and don't totally agree with all this. A person on whatever site could just be surfing around and see my site and decide that he wants to link to me because he or she likes the site. What is wrong with that??? A link is a link. How does a computer know if the link is related or not??

yeah I really don't think it matters either,I mean it is nice to have related content but as an
example I put 1 comment on a site that wasn't related ,"really"all I did was go to that site and
post 1 comment and now I have around 200 links from just that one comment and I believe that comment was responsible for giving me a page rank.It just goes to show if you post a comment on the proper site your link juice will grow and grow if its a site that has each article linked to one another .This way you will get another link everytime that
site owner posts a new article.Just like with uaw where your article is posted on other people's sites it's the same when it comes to

"update"- I recently found out that while its good to comment on sites with a do follow tag google will still give credit for sites with no follow tag and that sometimes it doesn't look as if there going to give you credit but they eventually do in some fashion !
