I have found a few times where people have shared there progress on the forums and thought that is was helpful especially when they had been doing this longer then I have. So here is my two or so week progress report. One small note before I get to my progress, I have found that your first site or two are very slow going but for me the third one and the two I am working on now are moving much much faster. I have 3 plrpro style websites up and running, one additional site that’s goal is to get e-mail address and two more I should have up before I go to bed. Two of the plrpro style sites are done with the blog install software plrpro provides and my oldest site (went live near the end of Jan 2007) is done in XSite Pro. After following the plan more or less with the 1st site I have started to see increased traffic (from 0 visits a day to 6 – 10 visits per day now). I have also earned a bit of money each day so far in February, I know it’s only been three days. I think I am up to two bucks not much money but a start and it proves to me that I can make money online. The other two sites have really only gone live in the last two days or so. The one big difference other then the type of software used to build the site is the articles, I wrote 100% original articles for the 1st site and rewrote 75 – 100% of each article I posted on the other two sites. Rewriting is by far easier! I am looking forward to see if the sites done with rewritten articles and in WordPress start to bring in a few bucks over the next few weeks as well. Hope you all have found the info useful, if you are in a sharing mood please do as well, it helps us all. Shaun

Hey Shaun, Fantastic to see mate. The first 4 sites are "learner" sites so to speak and learning to become accountable to yourself and being able to follow a set routine and plan. Once you have that down it is easy to replicate across many sites. Thanks Marc

I am looking forward to following the 90 day master plan. It just goes to show how consistancy and focus are key for long term success and building a good foundation. While I knew that (in my head), I have yet to put it into practice. Plus, it isn't always easy to set up your own plan and stick to it when you are fairly new to the marketing side of things. Sure, I can design my own graphics and build my own sites, but then they just sit there. I'm not sure where to go after that! Looking forward to changing that with this challenge. Thanks to all who are working hard to bring this all together.

I think one of my problems up until now has been no set plan. I have a few websites now (can't even keep track of how many!) and many I haven't touched in months...simply because I have no plan for regular promotion etc. Once I've done the 90 day Plan, I'll work out how to integrate my existing sites into my routine so all get fresh material occasionally, and all get a bit of promotion. A couple of my sites went from PR4 to PR3 in the last update, so I want to get them back up again!! Cheers Fiona
