New AdSense Code

I have seen in new video of WordPress 2.3 installer that AdSense Publisher ID field is now taken away from there, because AdSense changed the code they use to display AdSense on websites.

My question is if i can still adhere to the old AdSense code and use it with AdSense Deluxe plugin without risking anything or possibly violating AdSense TOS?

If you are worried about it just go and get the new codes from Google and delete the old codes in the Adsense Deluxe plugin and put the new codes in.
Thats what I did and everything worked alright.
