Unhappy Violation Of TOS - Duplicate Articles

I have been submitting my articles with Article Post Robot.
Today i received a notice from www.articlepeak.com which was telling from refraining of publishing articles that are same and can be found elsewhere.

I see duplicate articles are not only becoming the problem for search engines, but also for article directories.

Default Sounds to me like

Hello,
Sounds to me like you are not doing a very good job at rewriting your articles before you submit them to directories. I have never had that problem and have been using plr articles for a very long time. I rewrite the article, change the title, etc. You could not tell that it was a plr article when I am done with them.
Steve

Default I Don't Rewrite Each

I am not in UAW membership. I don't have time to rewrite each submitted. However it is possible, but will take a lot more time.

Default Doesn't have anything to do with...

Hello,
It doesn't have anything to do with UAW... but then again, I am not the one getting the notice's either. I would say that you need to make more time, and try not to shortcut (if you are shortcutting). Before I ever heard about UAW, I would rewrite the articles and never got that notice or any notice for that matter. It is funny in your other post "Blog rejected", that guy is saying to take the extra time to make sure your blog does not look like an MFA site (which ours dont), I think then it is worth the time to do the rewrites correctly then also. JMHO...
As Marc and Dan say, you need to rewrite up to (if not more) 75% different content if you are submitting to the AD's. If people are not doing that much, then you are going to get these notice's.. You can rewrite 25% if you are putting the articles on your site.
Everyone, keep these number's in mind...you can use DupeFreePro to check for your uniqueness and avoid these notices.
Hope that helps everyone in the future,
Steve

Cool

Robert,

That's rewrite of PLRPRO articles, those that i rewrite and post to blogs.

Additionally i don't submit similar PLRs that i get from PLRPRO. I use Instant Article Wizard to create unique article.

Hey Boris,
I got the same message in my email and I think
it's just another message that the hard to post to article directorys normally send out ,for example some of the article directorys that I've tried to post to before have some pretty crazy rules anyway so I just pass those up and go to the next one because I don't have that kind of
patience to bend over backwards when there are perfectly good directorys waiting to be
posted to .Also ,I never even posted to articlepeak.com or what ever it's called and I still got that message! so I don't know where it came from and it's probably a directory thats going to be closing soon anyway.lol
In reality everyone has duplicate content but the only site thats not charged for it are the sites with the most links, because google see's that site as the original and everyone else as duplicate ,but I definitely believe that the 75% rule is what has to be done though other wise we will get penalized. So I'm going to work harder on that.

Duplicate content is a funny issue, on some of my domains I am more then happy to say it is an absolute myth for SE's

On others I would say it is true, this leaves somewhere in the middle.

I believe if your site contains over a percentage of duplicate content or complete page copies then you can become a target. However if re-written, or extra content is added in from another service or feed I believe this is enough to be different.

End of the day Google will do what they want with your site, ban it or not and sometimes for no known reason other then the fact you own it.

Regards
Marc

Your right marc and thanks for the info.Another
thing that google is doing that I've never seen before(maybe it's because I'm kind of new to all
this!)is giving high pr before a site is doing the
numbers to match, for example: I've always thought that a site with numbers from lets say 5,000 to 100,000 was maybe a pr 3 or 4 ,now I'm seeing sites that have 1,000,000 or higher and there getting a pr 4.Is this something that has always been there or am I just not paying attention, or is google changing there rules, because I don't remember sites starting to get a pr at all until they got to 300,000 or so .Is it just me or am
I going crazy! or both ,lol
