First Two Sites Up And Active

Just got my first two sites active again.
Quite excited about that.
Nothing pretty but online.
Both with the WordPress installer too.
You really have to pay attention to the details of entering the exact correct data with the installer or you have challenges.

Do you know how to get rid of the wedding invitation?.....it's in the side bar......just replace it with a banner from an affiliate or get rid of it altogether...unless you want it there because once you solve someone's bad breath problem....marriage could be on the horizon!

Hey Joaquin,

Sites are looking great but the urls are very bad. Did you install it with the plrpro installer?

You will need to change the permalink structure to make the url's right again.

There are several things you’ll want to do with your WordPress site if you
want to rank well in the search engines. Here are a few tips:
1. Using the Permalink Plugin (part of WordPress)
The Permalink plugin is used to convert your “http://mysite.com/?p=1”
urls to something meaningful, such as “http://mysite.com/spywareremoval-
tips”. An effective strategy is to put your post tile in the URL (and
combined with the next tip, this will help your blog seo in several ways).
To do this, go to Options (in your WP dashboard / admin panel), then

Is that what you mean Robert??? Is changing the PermaLink structure one of the first things one should do after first installing WordPress?//

I got that information from my notes.
I'm actually following a step by step process I got from my very first install as I saved those steps.

Yes good man. After I heard about it, I went and saw it.
I will make that as a list of things to do when I first get the blog set up.

Boy does it ever feel good to get my blogs back up and running. I am pumped and motivated. All systems go. Now I got to go to the bathroom.
