All I know is I am getting plenty each day.

I just tested it and it seems fine.

What exactly is it doing that doesn't seem right?

Are you emailing support or submitting a ticket?

Try submitting a ticket directly to IM Alliance - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite and I will look into why the emails could be bouncing back.
