Angry Ads still showing Wedding Invitations

Hi,

My second site has been up over a week now and it still shows Wedding Invitation ads.

My first site took over a week and a half to show ads related to the site content.

On sites I've created before, topic relevant ads show up within hours.

I've double checked my Adsense code and it's OK.

Why does it take so long to display the right ads using this system?

Post Patience Is A Virtue

Ads will change as AdSense crawler revisits website. Every time it will assess your website for relevant ads and will serve the most relevant it can find for your website. This can take more time. As far as you don't have public ads served, there is nothing to worry about.

And by the way, you can block certain ads from showing by logging in to your AdSense account and filtering out ads by their url address.

Default it should not

Hello,
put a link to your site so I can see what you have got. Usually they should be the right ads within hours for sure.
Lets see what you have.

I saw that for awhile but after submitting a couple of articles the problem went away. Maybe that forced google to take another look and got smarter.

Default Yea, you need content

Hello,
Yes, adsense needs content in order for it to produce the correct ads. Glad you got that fixed.
