Article Uploader Post Frequency

I was just wondering is there a way to change the article uploader post frequency? At the moment it gives the option to post articles immediately, every day or every second day. But the 90 Day Challenge says we should post an article every third day. Just wondering if this can be changed by the user or is there really not much difference whether we post every second day or every third?

The latest article uploader is in the PLRPro forum being beta-tested, this gives many extra frequency options.
