Can no longer update my site

Has anyone seen this before?
When I edit my site using wp-admin, the changes no longer take effect. If I use view from within wp-admin, I see the changes, but the web page will no longer update.

I've noticed sometimes that just saving the page (Clicking 'Save') is not enough, you have to click 'Publish' to see the updated page.

Thanks. That wouldn't work either so I switched to a different theme and now it is working again
