Finally got the installer to work for me!

I was beginning to hit the "frustration ceiling" with this but after 5 times I finally got it. I was a little intimadated that this step of the 90dc came so fast. I was about ready to give up if I couldn't do this first step so early on in the game. Yesterday, I burned the 8 principles on to a cdr and listened to it on my way to work, on my way home from work and when I hit the principle concerning focus......I KNEW that I had to get this or just wait for the next "great idea" email to come along so I could waste a little more time and money.

Well.....I did get it.....of course, it's just the bare bones, there's no content and I didn't put in my google adsense or amazon codes but at least I got it installed!

Naturally, if you're anything like me, and you're having a problem with the install, you're reading this and thinking...ok...so when is he going to give me a hint about something that I may have missed. Fair enough......it's all pretty straight foward but as it turned out, in my case anyway, it was the trailing / in the blog address! Talk about a "wow...I could of had a V8" moment!

Everything in the install instruction camtasia is right on the money. Just be sure to watch all the "little" details. I really would suggest to anyone reading this to burn those 8 principles on to a cd and into your brain. I'm quite sure that if I didn't listen to it today, I might have come home tonite and bagged it instead of giving it one more shot......and all it was, was ONE more shot!

Way to go....you didn't give up, good for you. You are going to do great, I just know it. With the focus and determination you just showed you have it in the bag. Those fine details on that video are really important. That is why when I do an install, I have the video open in one window and the installer in the other. This way I can see and do it EXACTLY like it is on the video. Way to go, keep up the good work,

I very recently got the installer to work for me too. That was a bit of challenge as you know. Lucky for us we have great training videos and mentors like golfer57 aka steve, and many others to help us. Also I just started going to word press dot com, loads of useful educational stuff there, plus I just ordered a blogger book by one of the master bloggers. That way when I'm working my nine to five I can read and dream about earning a full-time income from home Blessed day that will be. I'm going through Marc & Daniel's training videos one by one and implement and absorb the material. See ya down/up the road.
