| Time is money, especially with PLRPro. Some of you may already be doing this. Because we are basically doing the same thing over and over again as far as site and article work, we can use the exact same folder structure over and over again. Such as for articles and research data folder type things. That will also make it very easy to find what you are looking for, for any Niche you are presently working with. So what I have done is created blank folders with sub-folders ready to go that I can just paste into my next Niche. I have also done a screen capture of the folder trees and printed that out. Many of you may already be doing this. For me since I'm fairly new it will save me loads of time in working on new Niches. Joaquin

| Here is something to expand on your idea. Have the basic folder structure on your C drive, and then just copy and paste it to your D or E drive. After pasting then change the name of your main folder to reflect the niche you will be working on. Windoze doesn't like folders with the same name, so trying to copy and paste to the same hard drive is difficult, that is why I suggest a second drive letter as the destination. *nix is more forgiving in this matter.

I'm wondering have you heard of Power Desk? I use it constantly and I don't bother with Windows Explorer. The beauty of Power Desk, if you haven't heard of it, is that you can rename and move folder and files very easily. What I like the most about it is that with the preview pane you can view, copy and paste document parts of files from programs such as Word, Excel, and such without having to open the associated program. Also the program is very inexpensive and you can even still get a free version I think. Now that is a time saver. Joaquin

| Hi Joaquin I'd love to see the screen shot if you can put it up here? Only yesterday I was sorting all my files and trying to organise them into something more manageable. With so many so many article files, rewriten article files etc. it can get quite messy. I'd love to know how you've done it? Thanks Hailey |

Both of us are fairly new and now is the time to get organized, especially with PLRPro... if you intend to stay for the long term. Think about using abbreviations for terms and such. Example solutions for bad breath could be sfbb. Sometimes I use abbreviations too. I posted the following before and had positive feedback. Hailey maybe you did not see it so here it is. Ever have the squinty eye problem when viewing small text. I just did. I loveeeee short cut keys. Try keeping the Ctrl (Control) button pressed on your keyboard and then rotate the scroll wheel on your mouse to enlarge and shrink text. Works on many applications and programs. Joaquin

| Hey Joaquin Thanks so much for that! It's a great help, especially how you file the articles - articles for directories, for site, submitted, not yet submitted etc. You're so right about getting organised when you're just starting out, I'm finding I've so much stuff just for the first few sites, imagine what it'll be like when we have 12 or more! At least using a system like your's every site will have the same filing structure which will make things so much easier to find. Thanks again ![]() Hailey |

| You are quite welcome Hailey. Glad I helped a bit. Yes I surely agree as our sites grow we will need a system whereby we can easily find what we are looking for. Great. P.S. Hailey check out WordPress Training A really good detailed free site with videos. I've learned lots there. Joaquin
