| Hello again, Did you set up the sql database??? Try to install with that other browser, its a free one anyway. Steve |

| Hello, Don't feel bad, we all do the same thing. In fact, when I did the first one, I forgot this too. Watch the install video. As Marc moves through the video, he talks about the sql database and how to set it up. If you did not do this, that is your problem. You do this through your cpanel and go to sql database. You will see when you watch the video? Steve |

| Hey Tony, Are you at cpanel where you select a db name? The video isn't that great and neither is the Installer which they say they are going to fix. It is really buggy. Marc signs up for a blog on the video. You don't need to do that and if you do you have to access your blog like www.yourdmainname.com/blog. Leave off the blog and you go directly to your blog once it gets thru Installer. Once you connect to the db, then make sure public_html is ticked. If the Installer failed, go back into cpanel and delete all files under public_html. The dir structure should look like this: public_html cgi-bin images wp-admin wp-content wp-includes Hope this helps. I learned all this from Hyman. PLRPro support was just a waste of time. It took me a month to get the install to work, but only with Hyman's expert assistance.
