Default .pdfs With Clickable Table of Contents

Does anyone know how to ecconomically create .pdfs with a clickable table of contents in the left-hand side bar?

Hi
The only way I know how it is using Word & Adobe- you create your table of contents using the "Tables" from Word, then when you convert to PDF- the links are clickable. I don't know if Open Office has the same functionality-

I know some of the other PDF creators don't create clickable links, or TOC- maybe someone knows of one that does-
