Default PlrPro overbilled my account

Has anyone, other than me, been overbilled for PlrPro? I was charged $97US after I had cancelled my PayPal subscription. So far, I can't get anyone at The Imalliance to refund my $97. Anyone else have this problem?

So far, I've opened 2 unanswered support tickets and file a complaint with PayPay. No refund from Marc yet.

Hi Shoog,

Sorry but its impossible to be charged by us if you have canceled your subscription with paypal.

In which case you may have been slightly late in canceling your subscription and it went through before then.

Either way it doesnt matter we always honor cancellations.

If you posted on late friday or over the weekend then cancellations are not done over that period so are normally done Today.

The basics of it are... If you get charged when you shouldnt have... We will refund you.

Some people get trigger happy with the paypal dispute button. In which case it actually prolongs the refund as it takes longer to process a dispute then it does to just process a refund.

I'll have this checked for you first thing in the morning.

Kind Regards
Marc

Thank you Marc (and Steve) for taking care of this immediately when it was brought to your attention.

Best regards,
Shoogg.
