Where is the list of Directory Submissions?

Am feeling like a blind man but where is this list that is included in the 90 day challenge plan? I couldn't find it in the pdf master doc.

Please help someone feeling a bit stupid today.

Go to 90dc main.
Click Challenge material
Click Directory Submission Listing
Do not do manual submissions, Google "Directory Submission Service" and find thousands. The ones in India are very cost effective.
