Cancelled, and now can't get to archive

I have been a member since the beginning of PLRPro, but had to cancel because I had to take time off for surgery and got really far behind. Since then, I haven't been able to get to my last month's archive (the one that has Feng Shui in it). I've left support tickets several times and still I can't get to it.
