Question Clickbank

I see in the terms of service that listing an ebook on Clickbank is not allowed.

Can anyone suggest why Clickbank can't be used?

i'm not sure where you have seen that, but i've personally sold ebooks through clickbanks. You are allowed to sell ebooks.

By terms and conditions, I presume you mean with PLRebooks, not Clicbank, because that is what Clickbank is full of. It only handles digital products, so obviously that includes ebooks.

So I am assuming that you are referring to the conditions for using these products, if that is the case, then yes, I would also like to know why that would be the case.

Very interested to get a comment on that one.

In with the latest PLR Ebook, the terms and conditions indicate the ebooks are not to be sold on Clickbank, that's where I found the information.

mmm, are the TOS between PlrPro and us, or between us and the purchasers of the books.....

clearly we are not selling resale rights, and i am pretty sure those aren't included.

are the TOS provided for us to put on our websites, or as part of the agreement between each of us separately and PlrPro in other words?

Confusing!

To my knowledge, it's against ClickBank's TOS for you to sell an ebook on ClickBank that you did not author yourself.

I believe the PLRPro ebook TOS between you and PLRPro are simply trying to protect you.

If you search for memory ebooks on ClickBank, you'll find around five copies of the PLRPro memory ebook currently listed, each one pointing to a different domain (and a different price).

What sense does that make? ClickBank is probably going to delist all of them.

What's funny is that some folks didn't even bother to replace Daniel Turner's name in the sales letter with their own or some pseudonym. Good luck to them. If you're just going to throw the ebook up there and hope to make some money, you're going to be sorely disappointed. And it won't be the PLRPro ebook services' responsibility.

I've seen the memory ebook being offered for between $7 (on eBay) to $37. If you're one of the higher priced ones, expect to see refunds coming in when the buyers discover they could have gotten it cheaper somewhere else.

Smile Dpreto

Hello,
It amazes me that as you say, some don't even change anything and think that this is going to work. I agree, they are in for a surprise. To take the ebook and put it up as fast as you can does not make a lot of sense to me. Not even themeing the pages to be possibly be found by a search engine is even going to be more tough. Don't know what to say to them and as you say it will not be the ebook service fault for failure. To take your time and do it right is more important than trying to be the first. I want to be found when my book goes up for sale. And the best part is I know that it is going to be found, due to the changes that I am making to "all" the pages. Not one, "all".
But you are right, Dpreto, your statements are very true and will become very sobering when time passes.
Thanks for your comments,
Steve

Default Dpreto,

You mentioned an ebook on ebay for $7 buck, was that one of our books??? Thought we could not sell for less than $24.95???? Let me know and I will try and find out who is ruining things already for us and this wonderful service.

The ebooks provided by Matt Callen's Nicherevolution service are not authored by the service subscribers, yet Nicherevolution provides videos on how to submit these ebooks to Clickbank. In other words Nicherevolution appears to advocate product sales on Clickbank and in fact I recently had some of their products approved by Clickbank for sale through their system.

Steve,

Yes, it's one of the PLRPro memory ebooks that's on eBay for $7.

You'll find it with this Google search.
