Default Garbled Video

Hi,

Just joined the membership and wanted to view the SEO Keyword Research video but the video is so garbled, I can't understand it.

Is there anything that can be done about this situation?

Thanks

Warren

Hello,
Welcome to the group. Sorry about the problem you are having. I sent a note to the boys to have them check it out.

Hi Warren,

Welcome aboard!

I went to PLRPro main page, dropped down to Step6, and ran Intro to KW Research without a hitch.

What browser are you using?

I've attempted to view them in both Firefox and in IE 7.0. Both have the same result. All are the same - there are points where the audio is fine, but then the garbled noises come in on top of it, making it impossible to hear what is being said.

Thanks for your help and for the welcome.

Warren

Default I thought it was just me!

Hi there,

I have viewed some of the videos recently and am getting the same problem. There is a lot ofg background noise / interference / etc making it virtually impossible to hear them.

Pete

Any luck with a work around on this? Maybe a download link so they aren't streaming?

Don't know if the streaming is the issue or not - I'm on cable and have no problems watching other videos. But it may be worth a shot...

Thanks

Warren

Default Hi!

Hi! This happened to me also, and this is a so untechnical and probably dumb method around it but it actually worked for me...
at the point that it became garbled I skipped forward to see if it was all like that, then kept jumping back until I found the point it stopped being garbled and it played fine from that point, and the garbled bit was quite a short piece. If I played it all the way through without skipping ahead of the garble point the whole rest of the video continued in garble???

Can someone post links to the videos in question?

If they are garbled, I will make sure they get redone.

Default Garbled Video Fix

Hello everyone,

I hope this shows OK...my first ever posting on a forum!

I emailed support about this, so Robert may already be on the case. But just to explain what those awful noises are - apparently Camtasia is trying to get Adobe to fix some issues with the latest version of Flash. Initially I thought the problem was with my computer, so I did some digging around and came across a you tube video by Frank Bruno which tells you how to fix it.

There's nothing we can do out here, but the fix looks to be a quick one, so I'm sure we'll be able to watch the videos without the chipmonk noises very soon!

Here's the link if anyone's interested:
Remove Camtasia Chipmunk Noises by vidcat -- Revver Online Video Sharing Network

Good luck to everyone doing the challenge!

Sue
