Default Going from Word to PDF?

Perhaps I'm a little confused. I've read that the pdf we're selling is in the "book" folder, but when I go there, everything is in Word. Is there a pdf version? Maybe I'm missing a stroke or two here. Could someone please clear this up?

Also, how is the product configured so that it's downloadable by customers? Is there a video or manual that explains all this step by step?

I get the impression everyone here intuitively knows what to do and I'm feeling a little inadequate.

Thanks.

Hi Potentmix

Mine has a PDF file inside the Book folder.

Maybe they updated it and you didn't get the latest version and you need to download again?

You may want to put some links in the Word version and then create a new PDF though. You can find free PDF creator software online. I use PDF995 (it's not an affiliate link)

Re: setting up your site, have you looked at the Site Setup video in the Core Training tab on the site?

Thanks Rosie. I see it now. I thought it was just another graphics file. Setting up a site is no problem, so long as I have and understand all the pieces. I think it's coming together for me.

Did you watch the training video about editing your pdf? Go to 'Core Training', down to 'Site Setup' down the bottom, the last video, Editing Site Ebooks.

That might help as well.

Cheers,

Lynne
