Missing Last Ebook

I hate to bring this to the forum but I'm not getting help by submitting a support ticket or by direct email.

I canceled my subscription after I downloaded the second ebook of month one. Then I found that I could not get back to the download section to get the last book that I paid for. The download section was turned off by PLRPro.

I sent a support request which did not produce a solution and get me the last ebook I paid for.

I have emailed a couple of times asking for the file to be emailed to me without success.

Can anyone at PLR Pro provide some resolution to this besides just ignoring me.

Are you not getting my emails mate?

I have replied to every email you've sent (except one because there was 2 in the same day so I replied to both in one email)...
