Default No Response to Support Ticket

I put in a ticket about a week ago, SEQ-166907, and never received a response. I followed up, but to no avail. Now, I have no choice but to use the forum, I guess.

Just be a little more patient. I had put in a ticket right before Christmas and just got word today for the issue I was having. Apparently they had taken a holiday vacation. You should get some response here in a few days depending on how backed up they are.
