Default [NOTICE] Archive Issues
Hey,

We are having some issues with the archive system at the moment. It doesn't seem to like showing anything from 2008.

We have a coder working on it now and it should be fixed soon, but for the time being if you would like an archive that is not listed in your section please submit a ticket at IM Alliance - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite requesting the month you would like and we will send you manual download links.

Sorry for the delay and it should all be fixed very soon.

Angry Still awaiting reply
I have raised 2 x tickets now for this very matter, dated 31st Aug & 2nd Sept, I still have not received a reply.

Is there anyone there monitoring the tickets?

Yes I agree...my archives are going back to Apr/May. Looks like they have falling way behind. Some of the books are missing audio, wrong index pages, etc.

Would like to get ALL the latest downloads if possible!!

no Archives whatsoever

and missing keyword research from back pain and budget wedding and audio from ski vacations all from july

about time this was sorted
