Need Help Billed for 2 Plrpro Memberships

I Have submitted a ticket almost a week now and still no response. I Have been been billed for two memberships Groups A and C and I cannot access either. Its been almost two weeks since all this started and I still don't have a response. Can someone contact Marc or someone to assist me please.
The ticket is listed as critical still no response What else should I do:???:
