How do I install a subscriber box to my blog?

shaggs - really does depend what you want people to subscribe for. Is it a newsletter, or the blog itself?

If it's the blog, then you'll need to add an rss button and feed through feedburner - probably take a trip over to youtube and type in setting up an rss feed - there's loads of great videos there.
