Home Page Post Alignment

Does anyone have the expertise to look at my blog and tell me where I have mucked it up?
My home page post ends up as a column on the right side about 4 cm wide. Everything else is on the left side. In all the rest of the archive pages, the positioning is right. :cry:
My old brain is having trouble getting around this....
