Default Newbie Questions

Hello, I have been a member of PLRPRO for 4 months now but am just starting to use the information. I have a couple of questions if anyone can help me.

1. My archive section is only showing the packs from March-April. Is anyone else having problems with missing archives and do they know how to get in touch with PLRPRO support to help with the problem? I have left phone messages and emails but get no response. Any Ideas would be a great help.

2. Is it better to use Gator hosting or PLRPRO to host your sites? Any feedback on both would be great. Using PLRPRO to host seems like a great Idea because it is included but I worry about support. I think I will start out with my first 4 sites on PLRPRO and see how it goes but any feedback would be a great help.

Thanks and I wish you all great success

Miles

Do you mean that they are the only packs that are showing or it is from March-April onwards?

You only get the packs from the month you join and onwards from there.

Support will be a little light on this week-end as Marc is getting married so the boys are all at the wedding. Daniel said the internet connection where the wedding is being held is not very good.

As far as hosting, that is a personal choice, the hosting provided to members here is very good, I have a couple of site with them but mostly I use Web Smart Central, have used them for a while now and they are excellent. I don't know anything about Gator hosting, but I think other members use them without any problems.

If you want to use the hosting provided by PLRpro, you can find out how to go about setting it up by going to the main membership site, go to Resources, then Services and scroll down till you come to it.

Thank you so much for responding....I only have the one archive for march-april. I should have another for april-may and another for may-june as I have paid for these months as well.

I have decided to go with gator host and see how it works...was trying to get things set up last night but so far I have not been able to work it out. Will keep plugging along.

Thanks again for your help and if you have any ideas on how to get this archive problem fixed that would be wonderful. Hopefully it’s just a matter of everyone getting back so someone can take a look at it.

Thanks again

Miles
