site tags?

Good morning,

I am having a problem with my site tags. I am not sure how to fix them.
If you look at my different sites you will see the difference in what the tags look like. I was told that it has to do with how many times you have used the words and that is not right. here look

see the difference in what the site tags look like. Can some one help me sort this out please????
