Templates - Are all themes optimized that are in the options

This may be a dumb question, but when I use the wp uploader, you provide three themes, one as the default. Marc mentioned that he spent days optimizing wp. Is that for all the themes present or just the default?

Just the one is,

But I will be removing those other two, and providing additional optimized templates in the coming weeks.
