Using Akismet for comment spam

OK. So this Akismet tells me it has trapped 2 potential comment spams. Now what do I do? It shows me the first few words from the spam, but I cannot tell from those words whether or not it is spam. How can I read the entire comment? Am I just being blind here, or is there a non-obvious trick?

Only 2? I get hundreds a day. :P

If you can only see a fews words like"some random comment...." that is the whole comment and is almost always spam. The .... was put in by the spammer.
