I sent a message to Josh and he replied with the following message:

The problem is occurring universally due to the fact that Word Press have recently updated their system. This means that our software is also being affected.
We just lost our programmer and are eagerly trying to get a new one on board as quickly as possible and the first job for him will be to fix this problem. I'm really sorry about the inconvenience, we're doing our best to get the problem sorted as soon as possible.
