How To Reduce Site Tags Size?

Plase help, how to reduce the size of site tags?

I am installing new blog with wp23 installer, however the site tags font size is very big. I have no problem when installing it with wp20.

Hello,
go to options, then tags then scroll to the bottom and you will see like universal settings, change them to 12 px and 8 px and that should fix your problem
