Installer Problem

Hi All,

Hope someone can help with this.

I was able to use the installer to successfully create a 3 blogs, but 8 recent attempts with database deletions on the same hosting account have been unsuccessful.

Get this message after installer completes:

Connecting to server via FTP
Uploading the directory to the server ftp.fixheartburn.com:

Upload Complete!!

Configuration File modified.
SQL File modified.

Header image uploaded successfully.

Databse Installation Details:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

Blog installation complete

Well the installation is not complete as going to the site shows that WP is not installed.

Also email to uploaderr@theimalliance.com bounces, and I am unable to register and create a support ticket as the captcha image won't display.

Has anyone else found similar issues and can offer a solution?

Update

Well the good news is that I have now been able to install a blog using Firefox, so this could be an IE issue - well worth a try for anyone having similar problems.
