Unhappy Need Help with WP Installer Please

I have tried installing using Word Press Blog Installer - PLRPro - 90 Day Challenge 20 times with no success. Each time I will go back to my hosts admin area and delete the domain and reinstall the domain for a clean install. I receive 2 different errors every time I run the software. The first one Leave my index page saying to install WP as you can see below. The second one underneath does not even give me an index page ... see second set of error messages... Has anyone experienced any of this or found a way to get this program to work properly like in the video?

Thank you in advance,

Hy

Default Need to delete

Hello,

I think what you need to do is to start over completely...

Go back and delete your sql database and all the files in your cpanel. Then start over. Make sure you end your blog name with "/" for example Types of Tendonitis - Tendonitis Treatments and Cures. next make sure that there is no space at the end of your directory. Watch the videos again and take note of what I mentioned above. But first delete everything.

Hope that helps,
Steve

Default Hey Steve....

The first error message is what I get when I do actually not only delete MySQL but the whole domain and then re set it back up. The second error message is when I try an install over a prior install. I have delete and redone 22 times now. No spaces and with both the trailing slash and without.

I am wondering if the upgrade of WP 2.0 might be affecting??? As I don't know when that was done.

I have tried on Firefox, IE and Slimbrowser.

Again on a clean install.... I get that "You dont have WP installed...... Click here to install"

If you want I have no problem duplicating this with you or showing you through Skype, ICQ whatever you use.

Please understand My knowledge runs deep in operating Cpanel and Plesk systems. Just software that doesnt do what its supposed to do when all variables are correct is frustrating.

Thanks again though. I appreciate someone trying to answer.

Hy

Smile I should have asked

Hello,
Glad to hear you are successful with your install. I should have asked what browser you were using. I had problems using firefox and went back to IE and it worked fine. If I were anyone installing or trying to install, I would use IE and not firefox for the install. Don't know why problems happen with firefox, just know they do, so try a different browser. Glad to hear you did it and no problem with the questions, keep them coming.

Default IE

That stands for Internet Explorer. I just sent you an email here is a copy if you did not receive it.
---------------------------------------------------------------

I would be most happy to help you get going. What are the error messages that you are recieving through the Ajax system? What host are you using? If you want I am on California PST but you can Skype me at: scvseth . Whatever you do dont get frustrated. I know I did and that is when I made a lot of mistakes. I would be more than happy to help walk you through setting this up as well as making sure that yor settings are ok on your server. I tried PMing you but your settings have that blocked.

Thumbs up You Are Most Welcome!!!!

Phil,
I know that when I started I wish that there would have been a lot more direct support but oh well. Just remember that this is your 1st and will be the hardest. I am now putting together an email for you as I have your site uploaded and will be here to walk you through whatever challenge that you might face. Trust me this works and what you are experiencing is just a learning curve. Again, I am glad that I was able to assist you putting up your 1st site as I tend to live by the philosophy "Do unto others as you want done unto you". Who knows, maybe the next person with a problem you will be able to help

Hyman
