New install But???

First of all I got wp installed with the installer but half the dashboard was missing ie. manage, write etc. I only had profile on the dashboard. Deleted that install and decided to start again.

Now it's telling me my Database is not empty. I checked the database contents through Filezilla and the Host file manager. The only file that keeps appearing is one called: conn.php

I clear that out and try again, but no joy. The PLRpro
installer keeps telling me the database is not empty.
This jolly conn.php keeps popping up. What do I do now???
I dont really want to do a manual install as it is more work getting all the plugins on.
Please help me as soon as possible.

If I do decide to do a manual install what is the theme used.

Sounds like your were not logged in as admin.

When you complete and install the default log ins are "admin" "admin". You will need to login and change your password.

It sounds like you created a normal user account and logged in to that.
