Wordpress installer problem today

I have used the installer successfully many times. Today on TWO domains I am getting these errors. ... Pulling my hair out. Is the program not working correctly because of the new server at plrpro?

Any advice is appreciated!

Unable to upload the image file

hi here,
i was getting that all last night when i was trying to upload the wordpress template,now all im getting is :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _() in /home/wwwplr/public_html/wp/user/VFS/ftp.php on line 796 :
when trying to connect to my host anyone got any ideas ???

I'm seeing a totally different error today. It is the iframe picture with the database stats that gets a "the page cannot be found". Even though everything else says it has been done successfully it still doesn't work. When going to the site it gives me the "It doesn't look like you've installed WP yet. Try running install.php."

Anyone else having this problem?

that is the same thing as my ipod site. I have not got much help on how to fix it either

Steve, I have emailed you to see if we can help you with your installer issue.

The error you are getting Wonderbaum is an error that happens from the site, usually with a database issue.

Is this from a new install?

Hi Marc,

Yes this is a new install. New domain, new database that I have setup through cPanel etc. etc. I have tried fours times now following the the video tutorial but I can't see what it is that I am doing wrong.

The host, the domain provider etc. are all the same as my first site that works perfectly. If I wasn't bald I would be pulling our my hair too

I am getting the same over and over again:

It doesn't look like you've installed WP yet. Try running install.php. I ftp'd into the site and everything is there, but the database is empty?

I click the link and go through the wordpress install and at last I can log in. However if I go to the blogs home page it is blank, nada. So in the admin area I go to presentation and activate the theme: Andreas 08 2 columns 1 SB Left ver 1.0. At last something on the page but there is an error there as well:

Nuts, plus the site looks ok other than the error in IE7 but it doesn't look so good in Firefox.

I have deleted the whole hosting account 5 times already and I always get the same error, It looks like you haven't installed WP yet.

Going nuts.
