A want a Full Refund for WP Translator Pro

I have never got WP Translator to work,
I have been waiting over 6 months for a fix
For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get a support ticket answered, do they still man the support desk?
I've had enough I just want a refund... maybe I can get an answer here!!

Totally understand, we've had 2 full recodes of the software and going through our third now, I'm not going to give a date for release because it pisses me off just as much as it does you when I say it will be ready and we don't get it out.

I'll email you shortly. What I find most annoying in the lack of support, 2 minutes is all it would take to answer a ticket and some reassurance for customers.
