Will this work for AdSense site?

I would love to buy this software, but since most of my sites are AdSense sites I wonder if it will work. Meaning, I know it will translate the text on my page, but what happens to the AdSense text? If the viewer can't see AdSense in their language, then what good is it to translate the site? I think it would work great if you have a product to sell, but really need to know how this will work with AdSense. Marc if you are around, could you please answer this soon? I want to get in on the first 200 deal.

If adsense is available in that language then adsense ads will be displayed yes.

This is largely dependent on google of course.
